Our products are built to last with durability in mind. We like to stand by our word and say our products get better with age.

Our products do not come with any plastic packaging or with swing tags. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us.

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from purchase. Returned item must be unworn and unused.

1. Within the 14 days please email customerservice@rangeroutdoor.com.au stating your order number and return or exchange request.

2. We will reply to you with the proceeding steps to complete your request

Please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping within Australia. 

Orders over $50 will be shipped by regular Australia Post at a flat rate of $10.

Orders below $50 will be shipped by regular Australia post at a flat rate of $5.

We also offer express shipping with a guaranteed next day delivery at a rate of $15.

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest.

If you believe your product may be faulty, please send an email to customerservice@rangeroutdoor.com.au stating your order number and problem with the product. We will reply to you with further instructions. 

You can now purchase your embroidered shirts online. Our new service allows you to upload your logo with the option to buy more and save more with our bundle deals. We have a minimum number of 20 shirts per order.

We now offer bundle and save! This means the more you order the more you save. The savings are shown when you select the quantity of shirts you want to order, meaning there’s no surprises when you reach the checkout.

Shirts availability is while stocks last.

Yes. You can select the colour and size you wish to order just above the ‘customise it’ banner.

Our expert embroidery team can do almost any colour but if there are any concerns at all we will contact you before we commence embroidery.

We offer embroidery on the upper left hand side of the shirt, just above the pocket.

We need you to finalise your order before you add to cart.

If you do make a mistake when adding to cart we recommend deleting the incorrect option from your cart and starting again.

We always ask to allow for 2-3 weeks once you get your confirmation email. Large orders may take longer.

You will receive a shipping update once your shirts are ready to be shipped or collected.
