Our brand

A growing Torquay brand who is committed to the outdoor lifestyles. We have vision to make better products for outdoor adventures and currently sell organic considered apparel for an outdoor life. We have a focus on growth and exploring new channels and customers, and are looking to expand our team. We are about doing things better and being connected to the land, we are constantly challenging ourselves, with more local manufacturing and organic/sustainable materials, and we want to grow but the right way.

The team

A founder led business (builder by trade), with a small group of local experts in the background. We have expertise, and a heap of experience, but we need someone to help execute the ideas and wrap their arms around sales growth and customers. We are a very small team of locals who are all lending a hand to support the brand growth and we need someone who can help bring the brand to life and help us grow.

About you

  • You love the outdoors, getting your hands dirty with projects and understand and are connected to our core customer.
  • You have confidence and energy and can get out and speak to new businesses who are looking for larger orders – think approaching nurseries, local grocers, wine makers, and anyone who is working on or connected to the land.
  • You can strike up a conversation with anyone and can wrap your arms around our customer experience both online and in showroom, or on the road.
  • You can manage the customers’ needs online (help fill orders) and ideally can run a report to work out when we need to buy more of the great stuff we sell.
  • You balance relationship/sales with a solid streak for detail and operations, so you can spin a good PowerPoint presentation to help us meet new businesses.
  • Ideally you have had experience in a multiple channel business (Shopify experience and wholesale would help).
  • If you get reporting, Xero and are good with spreadsheets, that is also a bonus.
  • We are looking for attitude over a big CV, and need someone who can make decisions and work on their own a fair bit.


  • We want the right talent, and want to balance the surf, kids and an active lifestyle, so we are flexible, but we do need consistent support and commitment.
  • We’d prefer someone who could be in the Torquay showroom 3-4 days.
