We’re on the hunt for a Social and Content Coordinator to jump in and help us spread Ranger Outdoor far and wide. This isn't just a desk job; it's about getting hands-on, crafting our story across all our digital channels, whipping up killer content, and really connecting with our community. If you live for the outdoors and know how to make a brand shine, this might just be your next adventure. 

The Role

As our Social and Content Coordinator, you'll be right in the thick of it in our Torquay Showroom, managing our digital footprint and making sure every message we send out is authentically Ranger. From daily social media chats to creating content, you'll be instrumental in growing our brand, showcasing our top-notch gear, and making sure our community feels connected to what we do. It’s about getting creative, being strategic, and having a good yarn with our crew, both online and off. This is a casual role starting at 15 hours per week, $35-45 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Content Creation 
Whipping up awesome stories, media, and content that truly hit home with our adventurous audience. This includes creating engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, EDMs, and event promotions, always nailing that authentic Ranger Outdoor vibe.

2. Asset Management 
Developing, organising, and maintaining all our marketing bits and bobs. Think ad creatives, campaign materials, and brand guidelines – making sure everything is current, easy to find, and ready to roll when our teams need it.

3. Community Engagement 
Running the daily show on social media, sending out our EDMs, and looking after digital campaigns to keep our audience connected. You'll also be nurturing smart brand partnerships and mapping out influencer campaigns to reach more people in the outdoor community.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a tight-knit crew, reporting directly to Jade (Head of Operations). You'll be chatting regularly with Emily (Brand), Jacko (Sales), and Scarlett (Events), to make sure we're all on the same page. Your schedule will be a mix of in-office vibe on Mondays & Wednesdays from 10 am-3 pm, plus an additional 5 hours remote to get things done when it suits you. 

What We're Looking For

We're keen for someone who's got a passion for the outdoors and marketing. You'll need to be a gun at digital platforms, a whiz with words, and a natural at creating engaging content with people. If you're organised, can juggle a few balls at once, and bring a 'no worries' attitude even when things get hectic, you'll fit right in. Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we're mostly after someone with the right attitude and a knack for making things happen.
